Working with the amazing team that is being built. Each person brings something unique and fun to the team. We have a diverse set of individuals at Orange Logic with people from different ethnicities, religions, backgrounds, and opinions.

While the expectation is that your 8 hours are a full 8 hours, the company respects your personal time and does NOT encourage employees working overtime. Overall health & well-being should never be sacrificed-- something that comes from the top-down.

The best thing about the leadership at Orange Logic is that they are in the trenches with the rest of the employees. They are putting in far more hours than the regular employees and are dedicated to the product AND the team itself.

Salaries are competitive and the opportunity to make more is always there as long as you're willing to work for it. The benefits package, specifically the 401(k) and medical benefits are incredibly strong. Since the company is flexible, it is easy to take off time when you need it.
