I enjoy working with a majority of the teams in the company, but with that a majority of the team members tend to be spoiled and ungrateful for the benefits that we have.

Leadership tends to focus / tunes vision focusing on one aspect of the business. This includes company goals or teams. They tend to be more reactive then proactive, when they try to be proactive they tend to miss the point.
