Thinking is collaborative and forward thinking
They truly do live by the leadership principles of Drift. Integrity is high - no faking.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership tends to focus / tunes vision focusing on one aspect of the business. This includes company goals or teams. They tend to be more reactive then proactive, when they try to be proactive they tend to miss the point.
Joining the front lines more often.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive and always being evaluated for additional responsibilities and additional compensation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More equity, 401k matching and better pay. Salaries are very low across the company.
If it were in line with the national average and more stock options.
The compensation is way below market
Equity equity equity. Especially for longterm employees of PandaDoc, we already feel ownership to this company. Make us real owners.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative and Fair. Everybody wants to help others succeed and grow.
Team members are motovated, friendly, collaborative and genuinely care about customers.
I have good interaction during our company outings we try to occasionally touch base on issues and help resolve together.
We have a lot on our plates but we still keep a sense of humor
I love that they are always down to help out when I need a hand and they work hard. At the same time, everyone loves to celebrate together and it is always a lot of fun
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I enjoy working with a majority of the teams in the company, but with that a majority of the team members tend to be spoiled and ungrateful for the benefits that we have.
Less slack. I'm inundated all day long.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People know each other well and can fully be themselves
I feel I can be myself everyone is very open and honest
Fun, fast, and I am always learning from great leaders and coworkers
The company tries to do a lot of events to bring the team closer. They also allow travel between all offices which is great.

The energy is great. Everyone has their off days of course, but in general the vibe is positive and folks are motivated. There is a certain light-heartedness which contributes to the positive culture and helps the team persevere in times of immense pressure.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers could be better at identifying negative activities on the sales floor that may be derailing those concentrating on work

Not many things I can think of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparency many areas including status of role, OTE or compensation, what skills are needed vs wanted, why the role exists and what steps will involved with interview process. Solid communication through process.
I liked meeting a few people on the team at once and not being dragged into a super long interview process. It was very to the point.

Collaborative team that helps others.
I enjoy my work and the people I work with., I also want/better pay and more visibility, so I'm not as happy as I could be.
I think having healthy food options and great interactions with coworkers
a view of collaborating colleagues and a sense of friendship in the air
Planning events that others will enjoy and making company perks valuable
