Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More equity, 401k matching and better pay. Salaries are very low across the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership tends to focus / tunes vision focusing on one aspect of the business. This includes company goals or teams. They tend to be more reactive then proactive, when they try to be proactive they tend to miss the point.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I enjoy working with a majority of the teams in the company, but with that a majority of the team members tend to be spoiled and ungrateful for the benefits that we have.
