I think the best part are healthcare coverage and PTO and remote policy is great

Education budget! And catered lunch.

I always hit my mark and obtain my Bonuses, but comparing my compensation to workload to those in other teams I am getting under payed significantly.

I love the fact that I can work remotely, saves me about $20,000 a year - not having to live in the Bay Area.

Nothing. Even though I'm a full-time employee, I'm paid as a contractor because I live in another state. We should be able to accommodate every panda no matter geographic location. Especially tenured employees.
