I love Paragon because I have the best manager who leads by example, listens and is very influential by the way he carries himself. I have absolutely no complaints other than what happens when contracts end & the uncertainty of continued employment.

They are team players. We all are adults, have families and take pride in producing results and receiving appreciation for our efforts.

They are normal, everyday people that are easy to interact with & I feel comfortable going to them whenever. I dont feel beneath them I feel apart of the family!

Producing results that satisfy my customers and being a positive representation of Paragon. If I represent Paragon in a strong way, then that will potentially bring more clients/customers for the future.

They do not put anyone above them. Its a way more enjoyable environment when people are accpeted for being themselves and ideas are valued! The work life balance makes it enjoyabel to work knowing that I have flexibility for my family. Thank you!!!!
