Our salaries are very low for the area and we don’t get raises. Our commission scale is poor and their are no bonuses for su
Listening to employees and taking action when they say they will. Too much focus on sales and no focus on operations or customer service. Too focused on the bottom line.
Less meetings and conference calls, unless operations is involved in those calls and meetings and is held to the same standards as the sales team. I would like more time to actually do my job.
