The team i worked with had an amazing culture, we worked as a unit and would just roll up their sleaves to get the job done.
We have created incredible teamwork. If this was not in place people would be leaving at a high rate.

Quit sitting in the office all day long and Face Booking. Help in the store at least a few hours a day. they need to go to the bank by there self's. Also come back with the change that day not the next morning. there are so many thing to mention. We have cameras for a reason our managers need to.
