Never received my pay check from this company supervisor didn't wanna talk to me about how to get it

The team i worked with had an amazing culture, we worked as a unit and would just roll up their sleaves to get the job done.
We have created incredible teamwork. If this was not in place people would be leaving at a high rate.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management or team for hiring process
A real break room would be greatly appreciated versus the break nook no one uses. An in-house IT person/department. More PTO. Better insurance coverage. (dental at the very least should be covered 100%) More flexible work schedule. Covered parking.

Better communication about strategies. More coaching to new employees and less trial by fire. So many unknowns with Parkland changes coming and does not get communicated how they will affect satellite offices and our customer base.

We need better equipment to work with. Our equipment is what was used 30 years ago in this industry and we need updates to it all so we can perform our jobs in a better fashion.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees not doing their job and the main bosses not letting the assistant hire or get after people instead all they tell him is not to rock the boat the cleanliness of the store and the clutter let the assistant manager do his job cause the higher manager sure dont seem to do theirs
She came up dress in PJs and yelling around
