Quit whining, being willing to show others things if they're willing to learn.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A real break room would be greatly appreciated versus the break nook no one uses. An in-house IT person/department. More PTO. Better insurance coverage. (dental at the very least should be covered 100%) More flexible work schedule. Covered parking.
