I appreciated that the interview process was grounded in data. Meaning, they really do try to use data to hire the best people.

I appreciate that Pattern gives employees the opportunity to have a stake in the company. Helps us feel connected to the company's goals and outcomes. I also think they do a fairly good job of being competitive on pay.

I love the people I work around. Literally the best part of my job. Pattern hires great people to work alongside you, with a calibration towards hiring highly capable people with low egos. I also love working alongside a group of people as passionate about data as I am.

There's a large amount of trust given from the top down. As long as your team is performing well, they don't care what hours the work is done in. I also love our hybrid work schedule. My WFH days help me get a lot done. The company growth is also exciting. We're growing all around the world.
