The executive team has fostered an empowering culture.

Completely partner obsessed - every top level meeting includes how we can be better for our partners or give back to them.
They trust in their employees. They let them make decisions and back the decisions they make.
They are very selective during the hiring process and are willing to listen to their people at every level of the organization.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSU sharing is generous and helps to feel motivated.
My base pay is the best part.

Our leaders are not afraid to make major compensation increases if there are changes in the market or an extra need to retain top talent. I love that all employees receive equity in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation has not kept up with recent inflation. Would be nice if that was automatic and not something that you have to ask your manager/HR for. Benefits are expensive, and lackluster.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about our team is the strong sense of support we have for one another. We genuinely care about each other's success and well-being, always stepping in to help when needed. This collaborative spirit creates a positive and motivating environment where everyone can thrive.
Our team has a fantastic synergy. Everyone works really well together and produces great results, but the relationships on the team are also great.

The Pattern team is the best. Period. We have an extremely strong focus on hiring the best talent and it shows. The Pattern team is humble, hungry, and extremely intelligent. There is little to no ego, so collaboration and teamwork is constant. There is little to no drama.

The CTO learned about my strengths and experience and then chose where I would be most effective.
It was transparent and generally very informative.
