What are some of the best things about your team?The best thing about our team is the strong sense of support we have for one another. We genuinely care about each other's success and well-being, always stepping in to help when needed. This collaborative spirit creates a positive and motivating environment where everyone can thrive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation has not kept up with recent inflation. Would be nice if that was automatic and not something that you have to ask your manager/HR for. Benefits are expensive, and lackluster.
