We are in a very competitive area, so our company pays accordingly. I like that we are not only compensated for doing our job well, but are able to receive bonus compensation for hitting goals and for going above and beyond.

Compensation has not kept up with recent inflation. Would be nice if that was automatic and not something that you have to ask your manager/HR for. Benefits are expensive, and lackluster.
