The main principle they preach is autonomous leadership. I feel supported and empowered to own my area of expertise.

I enjoyed that I was able to meet with a few executives to understand the vision and long term growth strategy.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people I work with! I know it's weird to say these days with lots of remote work but I actually enjoy going into the office!
