It is a well run company and coming to work is better than other jobs I have been to.
Could be a great place to work. Very clique oriented, your either in or not. There are some very talented Maintenance people there. They don't get the recognition they deserve. Micromanaged to the max.
I love NORDIC. I have been here for 5+ years, and that is saying something in the consulting world. I cannot see myself leaving unless all the opportunities dried up. I would wait for a contract to stay with Nordic, even if another company had an opportunity.
I think there are still some growing pains to go through, but I love this company.
I appreciate my co-workers. Because they care for each other And help each other but the management needs improvement. For example, when you have a problem. They just tell you to quit. They do not try to help you figure anything out. Need more pop-ups on management.
