Starting entry-level salaries are not increased regardless of longevity of employment and increased amount of responsibilities as well as contributions to internal work environment efficiency and product improvement. Rising costs of living/ inflation are not recognized either.

I am not positive on the exact number, but I do know these positions typically start at entry level.

They're so much fun. Being a virtual company it is great to get together with everyone you don't get the opportunity to see daily. It helps everyone understand what is going on in the company outside of their department, and build relationships with fellow co-workers.

I wish that I knew more about the technical side of my business. I work in marketing, so the technical details aren't always on the forefront of my mind. However, the more I meet our customers, I wish I was able to speak to them on a more technical level.

Very good, everyone is very supportive, positive, and working to do the right thing. The company is working to stop malware so we are all working to make the world better in the process.

The morale is high, if you're doing your job right. Our company has made the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies list for the past two years in a row, so if you're not excited about where this train is heading, you probably don't know where it's going. In my opinion, upper management does a great job when it comes to keeping us in the loop on how the company is doing. We're also rewarded based on how the company is doing. When things are doing well, we all do well. Since the company is doing well, it's easy to keep morale high.

We are from all over the United States so we have and different backgrounds. We work in the tech industry so we do seem to have some similarities with liking technology which limits us a little.

We have employees located around the U.S., with various backgrounds. No two people are the same. Even if there's a handful from one geographical location - everyone is diverse and offers different insights.

Considering the industry, which seems to be mostly made up of 40-60 year old males, we're a pretty diverse company. We have several women and minority employees, and it definitely makes us smarter and better.

Not only do we have great insurance, but the company pays for all of our medical expenses, including office copays and prescriptions. It's literally free healthcare. Other than that, our year-end bonuses are mentionable, to say the least.

The CEO reviews all of the applications, and will reach out if he would like to move onto the interview process. There is no set timeline on this, as it all depends on his availability to review the application and what positions are currently open.

Why was this question asked so fast and others ignored?

The Onboarding team is available for around the first 30days. They will work with you to uninstall old antivirus products as well as assisting in deploying the PC Matic agent/Super Shield. They also help you in making sure your files get whitelisted appropriately for your organization and answer any questions about using the portal as there are other features available like remote control via the portal and file transfer(New).

Way to many questions. They are the same as all other departments and they are good.

The benefits are great. Working from home is one great benefit. There are also a number of other benefits that are offered to employees.

The support team is amazing. They are a tight knit group that is always willing to help the customers, and our company in any way possible.

The first few weeks after starting are very detailed screen sharing training, once you are on the job they have ongoing training during the week and deeper training sessions every 3-6 months.

The interview was over the phone, which is much different than most interviews I have taken part in. I do remember the interview being more like a conversation rather than a question and answer which was nice.
