I love it! I'm consistently challenged with new tasks, and have never felt "burnt out". The flexibility of working from home also is priceless.

It's a very creative, and innovative vibe. We're consistently doing new projects and different campaigns to capitalize on trending topics and top industry news. It's fun, but incredibly busy! Typically hours are 40-45 hours a week. Hope that helps!

I work 40-45 hours per week. Not bad, considering that I have free range to fulfill personal duties during the day as well. The vibe in my department is exciting, because PC Pitstop is doing well and we're all getting better at our jobs every day.

Relaxed, fun, creative -- and busy! It's also a teaching environment -- we primarily report to the CEO, who has a ton of marketing experience. He always takes the time to teach us alternative ways to do things, or provides feedback on what we're doing well and what we can tweak to increase reach, ROI, etc.

Our marketing team is learning all the time. We've been a consumer-based product for most of our company's history, and have moved into the B2B environment in the past few years. We're making headway in that space by keeping our ears open to our customers and resellers, and making adjustments in our message so we can reach new people.

We report directly to the CEO, which is uncommon for most marketing departments. This allows us the opportunity to learn and grow directly from the head of the company. Few organizations provide a relationship like that.

The leadership is good. I feel like I'm learning all the time, and I'm not afraid to make "mistakes." Mistakes are embraced, and the leadership that I work with seems to always strive to help me become better at my job.
