Most Leadership/Management are ill equipt skill wise perhaps only due to tenure experience, fumbling through answers, HR is used in an abusive way by employees, highlevel of disrespect, no teamwork mentality mainly 3rd shift, nobody enjoys going to work, labor intensive and repetitive tasks.
