Stop micromanaging because It's causing unwanted stress at work and it sliws down Production

Holding people accountable and not be afraid too!!!!!!!

Showing up each day of work, punishment for verbally assaulting other employees, he also needs no learn to talk to other people respectfully.

We need days off we love the work but we need more people for for demand dont take it out on the little people that are left work with what you have

Treating employees like human beings. More work/ life balance. How about a shift differential pay raise? Straight shifts with seniority. Incentives. Morale is very low.
