Stop micromanaging because It's causing unwanted stress at work and it sliws down Production

Showing up each day of work, punishment for verbally assaulting other employees, he also needs no learn to talk to other people respectfully.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not get paid to be cursed at, harassed, and verbally assaulted by a coworker while my boss laughes about it
Pay should also increase with years of service .

I am salary and have to work a lot of overtime a week, but am not compensated for it!
raise pay rate and offer better benefits
There is very little compensation and even less benefits.

Remove Dennis herman from the work environment
To hire people to speak the language or they are bilingual. They need to be more open minied. Have better understand of a situation.
Management needs to change. They need to learn how to communicate and respond to the employees in a positive way
People need a life we have children we want to see we need more time off we understand work and somedays we need to work extra but not all the time
No force promotions or force job acceptances.

Completing a challenging project and learning something new each and every day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hire a new manager and remove Dennis herman
Employees are treated unfairly. Lots of favoritism. Management is a bully. Seasoned employees are paid the same as new employees. 20+ years same as 3,4,5 years and expected to train them. No incentives. Morale is low.
