I've been very pleased with my time so far with Pharmacord. Really the only thing I would like to see be better is the balance of PTO and sick days. While its nice to have sick days covered under PTO, those with health issues may never get vacation days, and have it held against them.

My leadership team is made up of caring people who make us feel important and part of a team. I'm never afraid to speak my mind, make suggestions, or to just discuss daily work. I feel there is a good balance between management and leadership.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Base pay in comparison to todays economic market can be rough for someone who is supporting a family when on hourly wage. However, given the work done; it is also not far from fair pay either, and I am happy with the current pay range regardless.
