What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K benefits with 6% match

We have good health insurance

The only downfall is the health benefits are not the best, but, they do make up for that in pay, 401K and other benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are highly underpaid per market value. PTO accrual is lower than any previous job that I have had. Insurance premiums and deductibles/out of pocket max are high. There are very few "community perks" such as gym memberships, cell phone discounts, etc.

more pto, or sick time, and if on salary be treated like we're on salary and not hourly. If we apply for a position don't go off what a supervisor say, go off our resume that's attached to the application

I know several people less qualified who make more than I do. I was brought in at a low rate but I think We are making moves in the right direction

I really do believe we need some relationship builders or team exercises. Sometimes it feels like there is an unspoked tension between all of us. I would like for us to be on the same page.
