The CEO team is great, but with the supervisors and managers it seems like you have to be in a click to be liked around here

the group that i work in. it seems as if you have to be liked. they don't value you as a person and your work ethics
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more pto, or sick time, and if on salary be treated like we're on salary and not hourly. If we apply for a position don't go off what a supervisor say, go off our resume that's attached to the application
