They are visible and approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is consistent with the market average. Also, I am eligible for a year end bonus each year.

Get a better health care plan, please. Lower the deductibles/out-of-pockets and introduce a 'premium' plan, perhaps.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are highly underpaid per market value. PTO accrual is lower than any previous job that I have had. Insurance premiums and deductibles/out of pocket max are high. There are very few "community perks" such as gym memberships, cell phone discounts, etc.

I know several people less qualified who make more than I do. I was brought in at a low rate but I think We are making moves in the right direction
