We are understaffed and communication is not always clear.

They are willing to help on a everyday basis at any level

The original people that are are still here are always willing to help new hires or anyone else
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know several people less qualified who make more than I do. I was brought in at a low rate but I think We are making moves in the right direction
