The leadership team makes a genuine attempt to be transparent in their communication and with company trajectory. I generally think they do a great job.

I do not believe my compensation is competitive with market rates, and do think I could be paid higher elsewhere. I also think work/life balance such as PTO packages and work flexibility could be improved upon.
