Overall my experience has been very frustrating. There are obvious changes that we could make today that would be awesome for us AND our customers, but the business is too greedy to even try changing something, even though what we’ve been doing for years obviously isn’t working

It's ok. Good for a while but you can burn out after a while.
Until the hateful coach got promoted to ops manager, I loved my job
