Everyone is excited to work here and believes in the product. We cheer on each other's success rather than compete against one another and genuinely have a "one-team" mindset.

Everyone is willing to help and always eager to meet you, regardless of your position! Everyone wants to engage and assist in tasks and also ensure you feel welcomed (even remotely, which is awesome!)

Leadership at RealSelf is always transparent with where we are at and where we are going. They take the advice and suggestions of everyone in the company and support all of those around them within each department.

Getting to engage with all of the managers to see all of their styles. I liked being able to interact with so many people during the process but also love that they were very transparent about the position. There were no surprises.
