Just like our leadership our people care about each other and the work we do. It is a pleasure to come to work and interact daily.
The people team, and the recruiting team within it, are the most balanced and high-quality that I've ever worked with.
Everyone is smart and driven but does not seem overly stressed out. A good mix of people with different experiences.

I feel I am paid fairly for the years I have work and the work I do. I was actually offered slightly more than I asked for!
Top 20% for salary/compensation, but combined with the great benefits, company culture, schedule flexibility & options it's hard to beat.
The compensation is fair and well-thought out. There was some flexibility in adjusting the mix, which was appreciated.

What benefits does RealSelf provide?

The benefits at RealSelf are the best out of the places I've worked in the past. Our healthcare, dental, and vision premiums are fully paid for as individual employees, and the premiums for spouse/family are super affordable! RealSelf offers 22 days of PTO a year along with 8 fully paid holidays and managers encourage employees to use this time off. They offer a bunch of ways to help employees save (FSAs for parking, childcare, and healthcare) and offer a 3% safe harbor contribution for employee 401k. They also added a monthly reimbursement for employees to cover transportation and gym memberships! In-office perks include espresso machines, cold brew, healthy snacks, kombucha on tap, and for the afternoon, beer and cider! We're also allowed to bring in our dogs.
The benefits are why I work at RS. All health, dental, vision, and basic life insurance and disability insurance is covered. 401K is offered and matched up to 5%
What's the work from home policy like at RealSelf?
The inside sales team can work remotely one day a month provided they hit goal the previous month. The outside sales team can work remotely a little more often.

There are so many opportunities to get to know your co-workers. From sports teams, team lunches, company baseball games, and weekly Friday summer happy hours in-office, RealSelf is focused on promoting a positive, collaborative company culture.

I'm excited to come to work every day because of the people around me. My team and manager are so passionate about constantly improving and streamlining our work. That energy is infectious and makes me never dread coming in.
