I feel like I am doing more than my job description which should be recognized and paid accordingly. For all that I am doing, my pay isn't reflective.

Making sure the person is able to bring their whole self to work. Work on recognizing people who are doing a great job with monetary benefits. Need to work on making sure pay is equitable.
