12 paid holidays is far better than other options considered in the past, in addition to vacation and sick time. I definitely appreciated a month of sabbatical as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In my role specifically, there are a lot of moving parts. I feel like the level of compensation and the level of work are not always entirely balanced.

Positions of equal or lesser work in the market right now are making between $17-$22 an hour. For the work that support has to put in to keep things running, I feel like we are worth more than $12 an hour.
