I love that our team is extremely diverse and has their own ideas. Our creative meetings are best as I feel really great ideas are generated.

I love that our leadership team is always available to discuss anything, work or otherwise. They are extremely approachable and I feel really care for their employees happiness at the company.

I am blessed to work somewhere where my work is appreciate and I am compensated extremely fairly. Rush49 is extremely goal driven and I have always loved the opportunity to grow and be awarded accordingly.

I liked that the interviewers were actually listening to me and I did not feel as though I was just another candidate. They were relatable from the first day I met them, and I feel it helped develop our working relationship many years later.
