What do you like best about the leadership team?
You can see that Rush49 is investing into their leadership team by hiring and award winning, world-renowned Head of Marketing and highly successful Head of Sales.
Very organized and well-managed company.
The leadership is well informed, easily approachable and precise in their communication.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the best team ever.
The collaboration, the support they render to each other and the way they organize themselves to the issues at hand.
Very nice people very professional.
They are very friendly and we have good communication.
We love coming to work, because of the great time we have together. Even though we have so much to do, that never stops us from having fun. I love everything they have taught me. And that there's respect and love in this team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The DEI initiatives that the leadership team take seriously and are ramping up efforts on.
The autonomy, the freedom to work at my own pace and the constructive feedback I get on my work.
Clean, nice feels like home
They recognize all of the agents efforts
Company environment is always great! Always good vibes from everybody. We look at each other equal, even if it's the boss. We have that true friendship and trust.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was pleasantly surprised to note the interviewer was very knowledgeable on the subject at hand. The interview was more of an exchange of ideas and was fun to attend.
it was fair enough, not hard not easy
They were very friend;y. All the rules metrics etc were very clear from the very beginning
That I could show myself as I am. Without pretending to be somebody I'm not. I was free to express myself and everything I like. And they respected that.
Interview process took place over the course of 2 phone calls and 1 in-person interview. Questions were straight forward and interviewer seemed interested and engaged.

Working to sell something that actually has a positive impact on their lives ... experiences they will treasure for a lifetime.
I love my work as a customer service representative. I enjoy working with customers and helping them with any issues they have with their buying experience.

Customers are nice and educated people, the job is workable, I don't feel that I am at work, I feel as if I am a volunteer helping people
