Everyone is working toward the same goals. We as a company are upbeat and want to work hard to make the best possible experience for our customers and partners. It's contagious.

I'm a new hire. I'd say so far, I'm looking forward to being paid out twice a year for my bonus, instead of once a year as was the case at my previous two companies.
