What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never worked with a company that is so invested in shining a light on employee success, inclusiveness, equality and diversity. This comes directly from the leadership and their conscious effort to showcase personal wins and speak out on global topics that affect us all.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fairly compensated with extra perks and bonuses to strive for.

I'm a new hire. I'd say so far, I'm looking forward to being paid out twice a year for my bonus, instead of once a year as was the case at my previous two companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary and raise would be appropriate. I've definitely stepped up in my goals from when I was first hired.

Collaboration is epic at SADA, teams work cohesively and supportively. I always feel like there are people to lean on and everyone is cheering each other on.
