The team seems genuinely invested in the company, but I feel like D&I is lacking. The executive team is mostly straight white men, and they are a bit bro-y.

I work on one of the most diverse teams at Sauce Labs. We genuinely want to improve the company and find ways to scale as we do expect to grow.

The company is diverse despite the fact that it's very lacking in the executive team. Everyone for the most part is friendly and easy going. We all are committed to our roles in the company, but know how to have fun at the same time. My coworkers aren't just colleagues, I can call them my friends.
