There's total transparency on the decisions they're making and they own up to their mistakes by letting us know what course of action is being taken to correct the mistakes.

The oft overlooked education benefit is my favorite. I always enjoy learning new things and I feel that this can only benefit myself and the company (as opposed to wallowing in the same position.

I like how you can have actual conversations with folks. They have events and lunches to show good faith when people from different offices visit or new folks join the team. They value the sense of community, instead of coming to work and treating it like work.
