The technician sent to repair our washer was woefully undertrained. We ended up with water all over the floor and "raining" down to the floor below. Called back only to get the same person and have the same thing happen again! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!!!

A lack of quality customer Service, and follow-through when an item has been recommended for replacement, Sears goes ghost! They do not honor their warranty commitment without numerous calls, threats to escalate the problem. They pass the buck.

After 2 months of service issues, we still await completion of our refrigerator/freezer. Upon finally getting the unit to function after multiple service calls, the technician couldn't re-insert freezer shelving. He ordered parts a week ago. As of today, 5/14/2026, nothing. Can't reach human @ Sears

You need real people on the phone. the AI is useless, because when i have to call it's a non-standard issue. I cannot even edit the appliances in my home protect profile, and now it says one isn't covered. Have had a dead frig since early Jan, 7+ visits and still not fixed.
