I enjoy my job, but it varies whether those around me enjoy theirs. This affects company culture, and I think it could improved with better pay and more transparent company-wide meetings like the "Company Update" Dave gave.

Our company attracts and retains some of the best in the industry within respective positions, but I feel we are not compensated as well as employees at other AI companies, and/or especially in comparison to companies outside agriculture.
