I enjoy working with cattle and equipment, but have been looked over when applying for promotions, and have passed opportunities that would pay significantly more than where I'm at working for Select. I feel that my loyalty to Select is undervalued, and I have held myself down by staying here.

I like being around individuals who come from a farming background, and most people are conservative on the political scale.

I like how it seems that they take credit for the accomplishments of others, and end up getting publicly rewarded for it....

The upper management seem to invest in what the board sees, instead of improving the facilities where the employees work. The company model seems to push the small farmer out of business.

They need to be receptive of advise from more experienced employees, and value their workspace. They need to take responsibility of their mistakes, instead of letting someone else have to fix the problems they create.

Employees with the same job title, and same amount of years at the company are paid substantially more than me, although I have significantly more responsibilities. I feel that pay increases are results of certain biases and not necessarily reflective of an individual's workload.
