i have been at my job a long time and have seen good things happen and bad things happen but overall i have had a good experience.

they need to do the job they are suppose to do instead of someone else going behind them and cleaning up for them.

For the amount of work i personally do compared to any new person I feel that being at the job longer seniority should kick in instead of a newer person getting all the easier jobs. and as far as compensation I feel the pay is not up to par.
