The work is simple for the most part and you are left alone by management to do your job if you do so correctly, you don't have any problems
This company needs to be put out of business! They care for a family member of mine. In general, staff is poorly trained, there is a very high turnover, They do not interact with clients, there are frequent med errors, the do not like having guardians involved, and they constantly lie to cover up.
My program supervisor is helpful, caring, and knowledgable. I enjoy working with her to help care for residents.
I love going to wrk and handling situations that raise with different individuals
you will fight for a raise jump through lots of hoops, they have employees doing their own performance reviews. they don't do annual raises. everyone gets a raise "at the same time" we got 60 cents. after two years. never met the ceo, can't give a rating. there is no ladder to climb here.
