you will fight for a raise jump through lots of hoops, they have employees doing their own performance reviews. they don't do annual raises. everyone gets a raise "at the same time" we got 60 cents. after two years. never met the ceo, can't give a rating. there is no ladder to climb here.

Everyone at Mentor South Bay in CT is committed to helping children and families as much as possible. Everyone genuinely cares. It's a big company but in CT feels small and like a family.

No discrimanation, be fair to everybody especially to distribute the clients .
