We all try to stick together!
My staff , nurse and Supv. are the best . There are only 2 staff ( including mysellf) that try to take care of our home and clients We work as a team but its NOT APPRECIATED. My team can ALWAYS be reached and we work together

Coworkers need to improve their work ethic. That's the only way to work better as a team.
Helping each other out instead of making one or two people do everything laziness is the biggest problem people are only there to collect a check by other employees are doing all the work and nothing gets said to them
First, if a co-work has a family remember working for the same company that family member SHOULD NOT be allowed to show up on the premises, and mainly if that family member's manager is elsewhere,

Management and quite a bit of the DSPs. We need to focus on the reason why we work here in the first place, the clients. This company claims to be client centered, but I have yet to see proof of that.

Honestly, it was a quick and smooth process. The questions they ask in the interview are simple, but telling. They really sell the position and they really make you think they're super flexible with the schedule.
Very open welcoming and friendly.
Fire the hiring coordinator. It takes FOREVER to hear back from her and for her to extend an offer. You can make excuses all day about the time it takes to hire someone and do a background check, but when the competition does it in half the time, the company has a problem.

The clients are delightful and fun to work with.
Better benifits for dsp, better pto. Better mileage reimbursements the insurance is really high, More vans at the houses our house doesn't have a van so we have to call around and ask for vans. Why work even there if you're gonna make the same amount of money for the rest of your life?
Lack of effective management and understanding the importance of the 'boots to the ground' employees actually making the money for the company, not management.
Need new management who know what they are doing

Clients needs, concerns and freewill are clients did not have what they need to get by such as appropriate size shower chair, hoyer that fits them etc. Concerns are treated as suggestion. Clients don't get to choose where they go and what they want to do. Clients stuck in the house for months.
