
Being with my residents who love me unconditionally and knowing that I have made a big change in them lives and they made a change in mine. The ONLY reason I have stayed all thers years are because of my residents and what would happen if I wasnt there.

Clients. Helping them, talking with them, assisting with them in the community so they can get out of the house. Going with them to Special Olympics. Organizing all their information so that fills and anyone else can easily access what's needed to care for them best.

Better benifits for dsp, better pto. Better mileage reimbursements the insurance is really high, More vans at the houses our house doesn't have a van so we have to call around and ask for vans. Why work even there if you're gonna make the same amount of money for the rest of your life?
Lack of effective management and understanding the importance of the 'boots to the ground' employees actually making the money for the company, not management.
Need new management who know what they are doing

Clients needs, concerns and freewill are clients did not have what they need to get by such as appropriate size shower chair, hoyer that fits them etc. Concerns are treated as suggestion. Clients don't get to choose where they go and what they want to do. Clients stuck in the house for months.

You need adequate pay to stop heavy turn over, which effects your clients in the most negative way. Improve that care for your employees and you would see a dramatic change.

Lots Of Discrimination And Gossip
Management does not ensure that daily duties are run efficiently or effectively. They do not know how to build leaders. They do not train staff properly to qualify them to fill positions or shifts. They just need a “body”. Management needs to change overall.
I think have the house managers higher or interview with along with office also everybody can understand page not every house being different and letting other employees walk over them there should be a choreless and responsibilities when you get high what your job is

Listen to those that actually deal with the day to day and care about the well-being of those we serve. Anyone who chooses to work from home has no clue what happens on site and shouldnt be able to "write up" anyone.
