Sevita Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Everyhing no complaints everything was good

I liked the training process

Not realizing i woyld have the coolest supervisor and understanding and helping and caring she is .

Review from Operations Dept

Honestly, it was a quick and smooth process. The questions they ask in the interview are simple, but telling. They really sell the position and they really make you think they're super flexible with the schedule.

Very open welcoming and friendly.

The straight forward and honesty

The interviewer made me feel very comfortable and relaxed

Review from Customer Support Dept

I can't remember that far back

Challeging to many question and past experience!!

It was easy, barely any requirements. Like they really needed someone to fill in and only when I started working I know why. They treated DPS so poorly, half of them quit regularly. Managers are tyrants and threatening at Summit house.

Review from Customer Success Dept

It was very very informative

I feel good about the interview.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They were thorough, I was asked a lot of questions which I answered and I was able to ask a lot of questions which were answered

I like to exchange words about myself.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They already know where they're going to put you

They explain the process clear.

The interviewer was very down to earth and accommodating. I have no qualms

Review from Customer Support Dept

I had the option to do a virtual meeting

Review from HR Dept

It was friendly and fast - they were flexible with a start date. I do feel IT could have been more efficient with programs and equipment

Review from HR Dept

They make sure you are fit for the job

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Fire the hiring coordinator. It takes FOREVER to hear back from her and for her to extend an offer. You can make excuses all day about the time it takes to hire someone and do a background check, but when the competition does it in half the time, the company has a problem.

Dont be despreate to hire ppl, in the end the company will suffer

New staff just start fresh

Review from Customer Success Dept

The interviewer was very disorganzed.

Needs to be more professional

To explain what will happen in the months to come

Review from Customer Success Dept

Require medication classes to pass meds and have some training that educates on mental disabilities and the type of people we care for. There's no college education need to be a director. Most are in their early 20's. And do not take suggestions well from people who are educated

The HR needs to learn how to interview before they say yes get down with the kind don't take clients off the street that wears pajamas so I interview

Takes to long now to interview someone and then corporate takes to long to do their part before it was just the interview drug test and back ground check

When I started working for REM south central 30 years ago it was all about teaching the individuals we as Staff were appreciated thank you were left in our mail boxes there were staff meetings we got raises

Need to be more job specific

Don't know didn't have an interview got sold when they brought my company

Have an interview process. And when hired, how about some training on policies.

Allow the people that are familiar with everyday operations to do the interviews.

I really don't care they need to raise the pay and then they might can get some staff

The company needs to change the interview process.

They need to offer fair training

Don't bring in friends, if the can't do job

Nothing to change its fair

Nothing. I wouldn't interview with this company
