We all try to stick together!
My staff , nurse and Supv. are the best . There are only 2 staff ( including mysellf) that try to take care of our home and clients We work as a team but its NOT APPRECIATED. My team can ALWAYS be reached and we work together

If brought to their attention they will make sure meds are available and don't run out unless pharmacy has back order. Some can be quite professional and get things done when needed and there's no time left to procrastinate. Upper management better than the two middle ranks.

The co workers I work with need to show that they care about the clients. Show that they care how they look when they go out into the community, show that they care how the facility looks, show that they are there to work instead of sitting and leaving their work for the next staff.
If they would work their shifts, not be late, and not ask you to cover their shifts on the same day every week
Coworkers are very immature and do not communicate well.
