The leadership team is supportive and as transparent as possible

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating often with the staff.

Communication and actually doing something with the employees that stand around on their phones and do nothing or sleep on the job . But it's let go and never addressed because all they care about is if there's bodies there to make it look like the shift is covered..

Be more compassionate and understanding and transparent the policy seem to reflect their agenda not the company policys

Not lying to employees and following through with the promises made by all lebels of management.

Communications, clients needs and freewill, staffs needs, fair observation, fixed schedules instead of random, faster meds training (it took 2-3months for staff to be med certified), allow staff to freely use their hard earned PTO, be less abusive to staffs and clients, listen to DPS concerns.

Supervisor lacks in communication and if something is addressed you get written up for the action for being "disrespectful" when just stating fact as asked. Unable to trust the management team due to lies and constant talking behind one another's backs.

The managment team has very poor communication skills.
