I used to love going to work and picked up all the hours I could until New Management took over and the place is gone downhill so bad that I hate going to work. All people want to do is stand around on their phones and not take care of the kids we serve . Also managers and employees on drugs .

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Helping each other out instead of making one or two people do everything laziness is the biggest problem people are only there to collect a check by other employees are doing all the work and nothing gets said to them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and actually doing something with the employees that stand around on their phones and do nothing or sleep on the job . But it's let go and never addressed because all they care about is if there's bodies there to make it look like the shift is covered..
